Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984 in New York City. She was always interested in becoming an actor. The foundations of her career when she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen began to audition for roles shortly after her graduation. Then she was offered a part in the lead role of a 2005 film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was shown at various festivals across the globe. The film also took home an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards and assisted Noureen's professional career. Her career continues to grow since her debut in Girlfriends Num3rs Chuck & Outsourced. In her early years she appeared in numerous films during the 90s including the films All I Want For Christmas (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Hocus Pocus ( 1993), Now and Then( 1995) and Alaska( 1996). Her fame grew after 1999 when her performance of American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. After Ghost World, which was very well-received and garnered her a Golden Globe Award nomination, she then appeared in American Beauty.
